I was caught completely off-guard when I found out I could do that. I had not played dominoes (in real life) for a long time. Luckily for me, my skills had not disappeared in all that time. I was able to claim victory more often than
Following on from the last entry, here’s another really handy little timesaver. If you’re deep in menus, as it’s very easy to be in Red Dead Redemption 2 , you don’t need to manually back out of each individual one. Instead, the easiest way to get out of them is to simply hold down Circle/B, instead of tapping it. This drags you all the way out of them, returning you to gameplay instantly. Quite why the game doesn’t tell you this, I have no i
Now, before anyone complains, I will admit that the Varmint Rifle is great for dealing with, well, varmints. Taking out small wildlife requires a delicate touch, and this is what said rifle provides. What it does not provide is the firepower to take down bounty hunters, gang members, or lawmen. The weapon does less than half the damage that the Springfield and Bolt-Action rifles do. About the only thing it has going for it is that it’s got a fast fire rate and a good-sized magazine. However, you’ll need that if you’re going to fire enough lead to down anyb
However, if you want to use that in a more dastardly fashion, you can hogtie a person and lay them down on the tracks. All you need to complete the image is a large mustache to twirl and an oncoming train. And thanks to the living environment, a train is sure to come around and oblige
red dead redemption 2 fan Theories Dead Redemption 2 is a prequel, so we all know how the story is going to turn out. We know what will happen to the Van der Linde gang. Every happy moment becomes sad knowing the eventual outcome of the plot. It’s like every footstep led downwards into this puddle of gloom. Thanks, Red Dead Redemptio
I’ve covered pretty mundane and silly activities so far, but helping a mad scientist build a robot is pretty epic. If you find a man named Marko Dragic, you can begin a quest to help him create artificial intellige

Released XCOM 2: War of the Chosen, the expansion pack for the 2016 award-winning strategy title from Firaxis Games, for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Fans and critics have been delighted by the new Chosen enemies and Faction Heroes, with Game Informer awarding the title 9.25 out of 10 calling it, “One of the most rewarding strategy games in yea
You know in the tutorial, where your hat gets knocked off by an O’Driscoll? That makes it seem as though it’ll always be easy to find your hat. Not so. All too often I’ve ridden off into the sunset only to realize that Arthur now has a rapidly developing sunburn. You can always get it back though. Your horse doubles as a traveling haberdashery, and if you go into its L1/LB menu, you can find all your hats in the bottom ri
It feels like GTA V was basically a dry run for this. You know when you’re running around in the San Andreas desert, and just messing about? That has to have been something of a dress rehearsal for Red De
When you’re hunting animals, you want to get the best shots you can, as this will improve the quality of the pelts you get. The cleanest shots are straight to the head. Switch to dead eye, and aim for the head. Press square/X to call to the animal to get them to raise their head for a more direct line of fire. Make sure you use the right weapon for the job too. For animals the size of a rabbit, use the varmint rifle. For larger animals like deer, use a bow. There’s a guide for the weapons to use in your compend
Make your enemies say night, night, with Midnight’s Pistol. Received as part of the stranger mission “The Noblest Of Men And A Woman,” Billy’s pistol has a dark past. However, despite its huge number of uses over the years, boy does it still work. The pistol, a variant of the semi-auto, does standard damage, to begin with, but persist with it, and you’ll gain affinity. Once you’ve done this, its damage skyrockets. Its damage becomes one of the highest of the game’s pistols, while also having an exceptionally quick reload t
Remember back in 2012, or as it’s known in some circles, the year of the bow? It seems like every game that came out then packed one in, and for good reason. Red Dead Redemption 2’s bow does a very respectable amount of damage and has a good reload time, but that’s not what makes it strong. Its silence is what does it. If you’re sneaking up on a hideout or fancy taking out some enemies without alerting their comrades, the bow does this superbly. One well-placed arrow can down anyone. If you’re feeling fancy, make some dynamite arr
How are all of you guys and girls finding Red Dead Redemption 2 ? Are you tearing through the story or taking it slow? I think most people are taking the latter option. I know that I am. I’ve still not beaten the thing, despite playing it for about a month now. In fact, I’m just about halfway through the game, and that’s at a push. One thing that’s striking me about this game is just how much depth there is to it. Every single element of the game is a cog in this great interlocking system that forms the overall game. That brings with it a whole host of complexity, and a number of little touches that the game doesn’t even tell you about! In this article, we’re going to go through 30 of these, which should help you live out that wild west hero lifestyle just a little bit m
