Thigh Lift Surgery at Centre for Surgery
Centre for Surgery is London’s leading clinic for thigh lift surgery, with specialist body contouring surgeons who understand the complexity of achieving tighter, more contoured inner and outer thighs. Loose thigh skin is a common concern following significant weight loss, bariatric surgery, or the natural ageing process — and thigh lift surgery remains the most effective surgical solution.
Our surgeons perform the full range of thigh lift techniques, including horizontal crease lifts for patients with skin excess in the upper inner thigh, and vertical scar techniques for more skin laxity following massive weight loss. Thigh liposuction is commonly performed in combination to maximise contouring results.
For patients with skin laxity who wish to avoid longer incisions, our surgeons can combine a mini thigh lift with BodyTite radiofrequency technology to achieve skin tightening with reduced and shorter scars.
Thigh lift surgery at Centre for Surgery is performed as a day case at our Baker Street facility. Our specialist nurses provide 24-hour post-operative care, and your surgeon will monitor your results at regular follow-up appointments.
Rather than presenting testimonials on our own website, we invite you to read what our thigh lift patients say on independent, verified review platforms. Every review is publicly verifiable, dated, and linked to a real named patient — no anonymised or edited quotes.
